BLE Plugin not working for cordova

Hi ,
I am using Nordic example for developing android application.Its work well in evothing client application,But when i made apk using cordova ble not working.Not even asking for bluetooth permission.I added bluetooth plugin using

"cordova plugin add https://github.com/randdusing/BluetoothLE " in commant prompt

Please give me solution.
