Bluno VS phone gap Build

Hello

I just finish app on evothing with Bluno product, is work very find on evothing Workbench.

I try to use PhoneGap build ( Cloud version ) for compile the APK

After compiling the app all HTML code work , but not Bluetooth ?

I have put this 2 line on the Config.xml

<gap:plugin name="com.evothings.ble" />
<gap:plugin name="com.megster.cordova.bluetoothserial" version="0.3.3" />

I need your help to find the right way

I am new to cordova , i looking for sample help , to move my Evothings app to Phonegap Cloud service , i thing is about the plugin setting ?
